The New Westminster Public Library contracted Cloud9 Marketing to perform a complete overhaul and redesign of their website. This entailed an extensive analysis of the existing navigation and content, and resulted in a substantially condensed and streamlined structure that has made it much easier for library users and staff to find exactly what they’re looking for.

In addition to refreshing the overall look and feel of the site, Cloud9 added key features that include a new, user-friendly events calendar, improved access to the library’s online products and services, and increased integration with the library catalogue. The new website also helps library users to better access online content like streaming movies, podcasts, and other types of digital media.
