Craft Naturals is the brainchild of Cloud9 Marketing’s owner and creative director, Virginia-Rae. So of course, Cloud9 Marketing was involved every step of the way. From product development to branding to web development through to social media and on-going marketing.
Brand development and positioning were important factors for us to get right. Through extensive research into the demographic and key markets usually associated with all-natural, zero-waste products, we knew that our products had to attract millennials and not be gender-specific. We also were developing a brand that almost exclusively utilized aluminum beverage cans as containers, so the idea of incorporating a beer-like look was an organic decision.
The result has been a wildly successful launch (we launched in December 2019 and were among the top 18% of all Shopify stores launched during the same period) as well as, strong initial sales.
Social media efforts have significantly increased brand awareness and built positive brand and product perception.
